Gauge 3: 7 Plank Private Owners Wagon (RCH 1923)
This is our first Gauge 3 wagon and is based on a 7 plank private owners wagon of RCH 1923 type. The wagon sides and frames are all made of solid mahogany and the floor is made of plywood. Sides are supplied pre-scribed with the interior and exterior planking and the floor also has planking scribed on the upper surface. The kit includes whitemetal corner angle and strapping detail. The kit is supplied with solebars plus 2 precut full length longitudinal underframe pieces and sufficient timber to build two additional cross pieces if required. The buffer beams are supplied predrilled. Easy level of build.
Please note that the kit includes no running gear. Williams Models "Flexi-Kit" Chassis is recommended. Buffers and couplings not included.
